GOAL SET/ASSESSMENT

We sit down and map out your goals. Then work out the best plan to go forward to achieve these goals..

 

TRAINING PROGRAMMES

A training programme is devised again matching your goals. Additional home workouts are also given to ensure we have the optimal levels of activity for results

BODY FAT/WEIGHT

Full body stats are taken, body fat (biosignature) weight and inch measurements. Giving us a clear start point

 

COACHING/SUPPORT

Throughout every training session with will be given motivation, coaching and support. Each week working on new daily habbits. 

NUTRITION PLAN/MACROS

A unique Diet/Nutrition plan is put together reflecting your goals. Food content, shopping lists, daily calorie and macro nutrient goals

 

EVALUATE/RE-TEST

Each week there will be a weigh in, then every two weeks body stats are re-taken, looking at any roadblocks to weight loss or muscle building and then finding solutions to overcome these roadblocks.

Whether it’s losing weight, building muscle or getting better shape on the body…..its critical your nutrition plan/habbits reflect these goals. Once you start working with me, i will devise a unique nutrition plan tailored towards your goals. This will detail what food you should be eating, how many daily calories along with a macro nutrient breakdown. It will take all the guess work out of what you think you should be doing and give you a clear plan to get the results you want.

 

The right type of training is key when working towards your goals.…Do you need more cardio, more weights, lower reps, higher reps, more intensity, more volume? Really does depend on where you at right now and what time frame you have for you goals. I will answer all these questions, and design a programme that pushes you right towards your goals.  When training with me the right intensity and structure will be implemented to ensure you can’t fail.

I will be with you every step of the way…....giving you world class coaching, the best motivation and 24/7 support along your journey. Motivation to get through every training session.
