Ive been working in the Fitness Industry for the last 17 years.
My passion for Health and Fitness really grew once i completed my degree in sports science. I started working in the industry in 2004 and since then i have helped 1000’s of clients reach their own personal health goals.
My approach to Personal Training is to assess where we currently are then propose a plan of action to make the changes we need to get the goals you want to achieve.
Im a firm believer in everything in moderation, eating clean, training hard are all key to get that body you want. I also believe you should be able to do this with the odd treat, a cold beer and chocolate bar every now and then is fine……as long as most of your time is spent in the health driven zone.
